I agree with this article and I am also one of credit card holders. Credit card provides me with many conveniences. After registered a credit card, I bring relatively little cash. Now I make some payment using my credit card. However, I can control myself not to spend too much. The only thing I am concerned about is the security problem of every transaction made by credit card.

I have many credit cards too because of the welcome gifts and discounts provided. In fact, it is convenient for me to buy things but also it brings me somethings not good. Because of no need to pay at once, money would much more easy to spend more.

I’m writing from Canada, having immigrated here from Hong Kong for many years. My academic background is in Sociology and Teaching English as a Second language. I write about popular culture in my review blog. Maybe the students in your Consuming Popular Culture course would find it fresh, and hopefully insightful, to read reviews of popular culture from another perspective. U right, most of the pop songs are just talking about love, the lyrics are meaningless and don’t have any things for you to learn.This kind of problems not just happen in HK but all orver the world. Most of the pop songs just focus on LOVE, LOVE and LOVE. For example ,”Girlfriend”, ” When you were gone” from famous singer in Canada (Avril Lavigne), Gwen Stefani from America etc. HAaaa…it seems to be global cultue!!!!!

It is quite arousing us to have feeling towards the songs nowadays. It is quite accursed that always is talking about love. However, it cannot definitely put the guilty to anyone due to it is useless for Hong Kong people to listen the invigorated songs when we are in the peaceful time and place. Moreover, Hong Kong actually is not only getting such singers, for example, Eason Chan will sing some songs which is related to the friendship. Also, there are some society related songs are also “heat” now.

Yeah~Hong Kong is an international city, not only famous for its well-established financial system, but also various kinds of food come from different countries.This may be one of the reasons to arouse interest of the foreign people coming to HK. However,people always busy on thier works,not much time to enjoy their lunch……. so poor!

As a sponsor, it is difficult not to advertise their products if there is a chance to do. The most important one is that how to avoid over-promoted in TV show.
As an audience, I can feel that there are lots of promotion in this TV show but I think it is acceptable.
